About the Role

As part of the Client Success team, you’ll take ownership of the entire customer journey and play a pivotal role in helping clients realise the full value of Simpel. You’ll partner with leading construction businesses to support the digital transformation of their operations—working closely with Product, Development, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role based in London, with strong support from our experienced team in Australia and the opportunity to make your mark in a growing global business.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure clients unlock the full potential of Simpel and experience measurable value.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, support, and renewal.
  • Guide and consult clients on best practices for adopting Simpel and digitising workflows.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Hold regular check-ins and business reviews, identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client engagement and monitor client health.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and understand how clients use Simpel day-to-day.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, informing product roadmap and priorities.
  • Contribute to team initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in a SaaS Client Success or Account Management role.
  • Experience working in or with the construction industry or a construction technology business.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals and expansion to deliver strong net revenue retention.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work across teams and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
