Installio is the next-generation heat pump installer. We're scaling the UK’s green collar workforce and accelerating the adoption of clean heating through technology. Working directly with homeowners as well as installing on behalf B2B partners such as E.ON and Good Energy, our tech-enabled installation platform helps deliver and grow heat pump installation capacity at scale.

You’ll sit at the heart of our customer operations, supporting both homeowners and B2B partners throughout the install journey. From pre-sale questions to post-installation follow-up, you’ll ensure every customer feels informed, supported and looked after.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team, working closely with ops, product and field teams to identify issues, improve processes and make our service experience as smooth as possible.
