An exciting NEW opportunity has arisen for a highly proactive and dynamic Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the management and ongoing support of their existing customers to maximize their usage and engagement with the platform.

The Customer Success Manager will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing subscribers, providing training and guidance, promptly actioning customer requests, and advising on platform advancements. Your knack for identifying opportunities to expand their user base will be invaluable to their exponential growth.

You will also play a crucial role in client retention, notifying customers of their upcoming renewals and efficiently managing the subscription renewal process.

Who we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience within a Customer Success Management / Account Management role.
  • Relevant industry experience, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Working experience within a subscriptions-based model, managing a high value subscriptions book.
  • A good understanding or knowledge of the US market would be beneficial.
  • IT literate with proficiency across Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to London.
