Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, timely, and knowledgeable support to customers via email, phone, and live messaging.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and returning customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records to ensure service quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to track and resolve delivery or logistics issues.
