We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients after onboarding, guiding them through their journey with GeoCale, ensuring they see measurable results, and championing their success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth handover from onboarding
  • Provide ongoing strategic support, performance insights, and clear communication
  • Help clients maximise the value of their Google Business Profile and local search presence
  • Act as the client’s advocate within GeoCale, ensuring their needs are met
  • Work closely with our SEO, content, and product teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor account health and take proactive steps to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements, upsells, or added value
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years' experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, in digital marketing, SEO, or SaaS is an advantage but not essential
  • An understanding of Google Business Profile and/or local SEO best practices is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Empathy, initiative, and a genuine desire to help businesses succeed
  • Comfortable working remotely and in an office, using tools like HubSpot
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
