Customer Success Manager - Sage X3 & Sage Intacct

Location: Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Company

We are a leading Sage partner with over 20 years' experience delivering, implementing, and supporting Sage X3 and Sage Intacct solutions across multiple industries. With a strong reputation in the ERP market, we are expanding our team and now seeking a Customer Success Manager to join us.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the key contact for a portfolio of Sage X3 and Intacct customers. You\'ll build long-term relationships, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their systems while driving satisfaction, retention, and account growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about ERP solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with Sage X3 and Intacct customers.
  • Act as the main contact for customer queries and escalations.
  • Support onboarding, adoption, and effective system usage.
  • Proactively monitor accounts and identify improvement areas.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the customer voice internally.
  • Track and report on customer health and progress.
About You
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or ERP support, ideally with Sage X3 or Intacct.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and customer-centric.
  • Familiarity with ERP and finance processes.
  • CRM/workflow tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
