This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, driving adoption and engagement, and supporting long-term customer success. You'll work with a portfolio of clients, helping them embed Euromonitor solutions into their day-to-day decision-making while partnering closely with commercial and specialist teams to support retention and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients maximise the value of their subscription and achieve meaningful business outcomes. Experience within subscriptions, data, research, insight or information services is an advantage.
