Nurtur is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

The opportunity

Are you passionate about providing world-class customer service? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of digital marketing as part of Nurtur’s Customer Success team.

We’re seeking a friendly and experienced Customer Success Manager for a full-time role. You will be responsible for customer retention and growth across our brands, building strong relationships through excellent service, training, and guidance to optimize marketing strategies and ROI, exceeding retention targets.

About You
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably with SaaS platforms.
  • A proactive self-starter with initiative.
  • Creative thinker capable of innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging via email, social media, video calls, webinars, or in person.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and its business value.
  • Organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with adaptability and logical thinking.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support, adopt, and expand your assigned customer accounts.
  • Serve as the main contact for your customers.
  • Handle upselling and renewal inquiries.
  • Deliver monthly strategy and ROI reviews.
  • Collaborate on educational materials to enhance product adoption and NPS.
  • Engage with customers on social media.
  • Act as escalation point between customers, Support, and Product teams.
  • Understand customer objectives and how our product can meet them.
  • Represent the brand positively in all interactions.

Location: Derby

Hybrid working available after probation.
