Customer Success Manager - RegTech / AML SaaS (Hybrid, Bradford-Based)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus | Location: Hybrid - Regular Travel to Bradford HQ

Are you a relationship-driven Customer Success professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a regulated industry? We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing RegTech company, supporting a high-value client base with cutting-edge AML compliance solutions.

The Role


As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the strategic partner for key clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our suite of AML tools. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities and achieving best-in-class client retention.

You'll create and deliver tailored success plans, build deep client relationships (including regular face-to-face engagement), and act as a trusted advisor on AML compliance. Working closely with sales, product, and marketing, you'll lead data-led client campaigns and shape the future of the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing


  1. Manage a portfolio of high-value clients with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term success

  2. Lead solution-focused discussions with stakeholders at all levels

  3. Identify and proactively mitigate churn risks

  4. Plan and execute strategic client meetings and quarterly business reviews

  5. Collaborate with sales teams on onboarding new clients to ensure a seamless experience

  6. Drive internal initiatives across sales, marketing, and product to support client success

  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in RegTech and AML regulation

  8. Champion best practices and contribute positively to the wider Customer Success team

What We're Looking For


  1. Proven success in a commercial Customer Success or Account Management role

  2. Background in Financial Services or a regulated environment

  3. Strong understanding of AML regulation or RegTech SaaS solutions

  4. Skilled at objection handling and resolving escalations with diplomacy

  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  6. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  7. A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning
