Citrus Recruit is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for an award-winning events company.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, increase spend, and oversee renewals. There is a clear path to progress to a Senior Account Manager role.

The client is a forward-thinking tech company in the events industry, offering a market-leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person event platform with interactive features such as real-time video, chat networking, live polling, and video breakout rooms.

The ideal candidate should be able to commute to Dorset 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities & duties
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and create urgency to drive growth
  • Maintain expertise in the company's products, stay informed on industry developments, and monitor competitors
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and support portfolio expansion
  • Lead post-event reviews to deliver value, gather feedback, and identify renewal opportunities
  • Manage general account tasks for active clients
