Base pay range

Customer Success Manager with experience managing customer renewals ideally within the consultancy or professional services space is sought by a leading tech consultancy based in Birmingham.

Utilising the latest in AI, cloud and automation technology this company are using their award winning SaaS solution to consolidate and solve business problems for their corporate client base.

With extensive UK growth planned over the coming months this Customer Success Manager will take ownership of key account renewals managing product selection, pricing and back offer admin to ensure the customer receives a market leading level of service and continuity.

This role would suit an experienced account manager with experience handling complex customer renewals who is looking for more progression and better earning potential plus a dynamic, fast paced environment.

This Customer Success Manager based near Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:

• Experience managing customer renewals ideally within professional services, consultancy or the construction environments
• A real passion for self-improvement and progression
• A tailored, people centric approach to customer service

In return this Customer Success Manager based near Birmingham:

• Base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with OTE of £50,000
• Uncapped commission
• Long term hybrid working with three days a week on-site in Birmingham
• Extensive training and progression opportunities
