Salary: £50k - £55k base, 10% bonus, share options, flexible benefits package

Opportunity to lead a Customer Success team for a Manchester-based Software (SaaS) business in the HRTech space. The company launched an industry-leading platform 5 years ago and has over 2000 customers, including many enterprise brands. Having doubled in size in 2024, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Success Lead to manage a team of 3 and oversee their top 30 customers.
You will be responsible for setting the customer success strategy, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth processes. The role involves leading a small team, mentoring, and training support and SMB account managers. You will also engage directly with customers to drive adoption and revenue growth, requiring skills in account management, 'C'-level selling, project management, delivery, and reporting.
