Greiner in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, Dungannon) is hiring a Customer Services & Internal Sales Executive. You will be at the heart of our customer experience, building strong relationships and ensuring every customer receives a responsive, professional and high-quality service while owning orders from enquiry to delivery.

You will also support our internal sales activity, identify opportunities, develop customer relationships and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in administration, customer service or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own customer orders and enquiries from start to finish.
• Support internal sales activity and develop customer relationships.
• Work with colleagues across the business to ensure orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time.
