The Opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads within the SME and enterprise space
  • Reaching out to potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Initiating meaningful conversations and booking discovery meetings
  • Collaborating with senior sales team members to move opportunities forward
  • Learning how to pitch solutions that genuinely solve business problems

Your First 3 Months

You’ll begin with Furza’s industry-leading Sales Academy - an intensive 12-week programme tailored to tech sales success. You’ll gain practical skills in prospecting, objection handling, lead qualification, and outbound strategy, while working toward an ISP accreditation to boost your credibility in the industry.

Progression

Top performers can quickly move into senior roles with on-target earnings of £60,000 - £100,000+, or explore leadership paths managing a team. You’ll be supported every step of the way with structured coaching and a transparent career framework.
