About the operations team

The Operations team manages onboarding and ongoing support for our clients, ensuring successful deployment and scaling of our technology across various markets. The team works from London, Dubai, Singapore, and Chicago.

About the role

This position offers an opportunity for a driven, tri-lingual individual to support our European markets. The role involves regional and international travel, approximately 25% of the time.

Key objectives

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure success with Winnow’s system;
  • Manage onboarding and training of client teams in person and remotely;
  • Monitor site performance and client reports to meet waste reduction targets;
  • Troubleshoot and analyze data to optimize outcomes;
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve processes and product delivery;
  • Assist the customer support team with client inquiries.

Requirements

Education and experience

  • Likely degree educated; recent graduate or 1-2 years experience;
  • Advanced proficiency in German and another European language (Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish);
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
