Job Description:

Ascertia is a global leader in PKI and high-trust electronic signature solutions. The company designs and develops software products in-house and sells these globally, mainly through local reseller partners. With solid revenue growth, Ascertia is hiring new team members to drive sales and growth. This role offers an excellent platform for growth and working with a dynamic team to achieve global success.

The Customer Success Executive (CSE) is responsible for post-sales activities with new customers. The role involves translating technical information into understandable terms, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement features. As the first point of contact after sales, the CSE ensures customer satisfaction and product performance.

The ideal candidate will listen to customer and partner concerns, rephrase these concerns, and work with engineering to improve products and services. This is a technical role, requiring hands-on experience with installing operating systems (Windows and Linux), databases, and cloud services like Microsoft Azure. Training will be provided to support success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales and partners in technical qualification and opportunity evaluation
  • Assist with tender responses and technical proposals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution deployments
  • Manage customer projects and ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate upgrades and support routine maintenance
  • Handle support requests efficiently and communicate effectively
  • Provide training and validate client requests
  • Maintain technical documentation and materials
  • Host remote sessions with key accounts
  • Learn and understand Ascertia’s products, PKI, EU eIDAS, and GDPR regulations

Teamwork and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other departments and support wider teams
  • Provide feedback for product improvements and deployment efficiency

Flexibility in working hours and location is required, with remote work and occasional travel. High standards of presentation, communication, and self-discipline are essential.

Job Offer:
