Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, working closely with our customers to ensure they achieve their business objectives through the effective use of Leasepath.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management: Lead and manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients and setting them up for success. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers as their trusted advisor.
  • Customer Success & Health: Conduct regular health checks, evaluate customer usage, identify potential issues, and provide proactive solutions. Manage the renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates by demonstrating ongoing value. Identify opportunities for customer expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement, and communicate insights to relevant teams. Develop and deliver training to ensure effective adoption of new features and updates.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and cases.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key customer success metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, relationship management, and renewal processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for helping customers achieve goals.

Recommended Certifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910): Provides foundational understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and platform navigation.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-400): Skills in customizing D365, creating automation, and implementing customer service solutions.
