We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Senior Customer Success Associate to join a high-performing team for a 12-month contract.

This role is key to ensuring that clients in the banking, asset management, and insurance sectors receive exceptional support, starting from their very first interaction.

You will play a vital role in onboarding new clients, helping them integrate and adopt platform tools and services with confidence. Your efforts will ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction by guiding users through a seamless onboarding process and driving continuous value throughout the client lifecycle.

What You'll Do
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to products and services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, focusing on early adoption and long-term value realization
  • Provide tailored support to help clients optimize their use of data platforms and subscription services
  • Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, training, and engagement
  • Develop and deliver onboarding materials, user guides, and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate client information in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce) and interpret usage data
  • Produce actionable insights from client feedback and usage trends to support internal teams
  • Contribute to client retention and account growth with a consultative, soft-sales approach
What You'll Bring
  • Experience onboarding or supporting clients within financial or insurance services
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data-driven tools and insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across formats - calls, screen shares, and in-person sessions
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

This is a hands-on role within a collaborative Customer Success team. It's ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, has a passion for data, and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience.
