How You’ll Make an ImpactWe’re seeking a highly motivated Customer Solutions & Strategy Lead to play a pivotal role in driving the sales cycle for Epsilon’s product portfolio. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the pre-sales process, guide customers through technical onboarding, and ensure seamless integrations across digital marketing, identity, and customer experience solutions. You will collaborate with 12+ cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, optimize resources, and drive the strategic success of sales pursuits. If you’re a proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for technology and customer success, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role based in our London office (2/3 days per week).

What You’ll Achieve
  1. Maximize Sales Success: Ensure that every sales pursuit delivers high-value solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  2. Drive High-Impact Opportunities: Prioritize opportunities that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  3. Lead Pre-Sales & Onboarding: Collaborate with sales teams on compelling pitches, demos, and solution scoping, while managing the technical onboarding and media activation lifecycle.
  4. Foster Collaboration: Work with 12+ teams (Sales, Product, Data, Engineers, Creative, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery across all project phases.
  5. Optimize Processes: Continuously improve project workflows and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Experience: 5+ years in CRM, digital marketing, and technical solutioning within a client-facing role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and the ability to bridge technology with business needs.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Initiative: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively, demonstrating logical thinking and problem-solving under deadlines and incomplete information.
  • Problem Solving: High attention to detail and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for various issues.
  • Leadership & Organization: Demonstrates leadership skills, responsiveness, communication, self-assessment, and adaptability to change, managing risk and uncertainty effectively.
