Overview

This role will engage with internal stakeholders, prospective and existing customers to demonstrate the value of AIT’s technology capabilities and services. TheCustomer SolutionsManagersupports onboarding, integration, and other customer-facing technology projects.This role will influence the development of marketing messaging and communication related to AIT’s technology solutions and perform post-project reviews to assess results against objectives, SLAs, and the technology roadmap.

This position can be filled anywhere in the EU and UK. Ideal locations include London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt or Basel.

Responsibilities
  • Engages directly with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate projects, delivering customer technology solutions and services
  • Identifies regional-specific opportunities for utilizing the company's information technology tools.
  • Proactively communicates with internal stakeholders and customers to improve solution delivery outcomes
  • Educates internal and external customers on the value of the company’s IT solutions
  • Manages progress reports regarding customer-facing technology projects and metrics
  • Identifies and communicates challenges related to customer-facing technology
  • Partners closely with customers and business teams to ensure the maximum use, understanding, and efficiency of solutions and services
  • Collaborates with the Application Development team to support the development of regional-specific customer solutions
  • Strong communicator with customers, sales, IT, and business stakeholders
  • All other duties as assigned as business needs deem necessary
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in project management, logistics, supply chain, or technical sales
  • Deep understanding of European logistics and eCommerce ecosystems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and the UK
