The Role:

Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus and work closely with Aviva, demonstrating our values and work principles. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, helping them during potentially difficult times. With the training provided, you will carry out basic diagnoses on vehicles and recommend the best repair solutions for each customer.

You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, helping them during potentially difficult times. With the training provided, you will carry out basic diagnoses on vehicles and recommend the best repair solutions for each customer.

The team works together to create a supportive and collaborative environment focused on the customer and what matters to them. Our advisors identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and help embed a customer-focused culture both in our Warrington contact centre and across 25 UK sites.

No two customers are the same, and our focus on 'getting people back to normal' is central to our work.
