Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus and work closely with Aviva, demonstrating our values and work principles. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, helping them during potentially difficult times. With the training provided, you will carry out basic diagnoses on vehicles and recommend the best repair solutions for each customer.
