Delt Shared Services is seeking a Customer Architect in Plymouth, hybrid role. You will translate customer requirements into strategic IT roadmaps, align them with business goals, and guide architecture across environments.
You will collaborate with customer IT leaders, shape technology roadmaps, and advocate for effective governance and delivery. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and strong communication to drive customer outcomes.
Location: Plymouth/Hybrid (expectation of 2-days per week in office or on-site with customer)
Salary: Starting up to £55,000 p.a. (DOE)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

Internally, you’ll be the customer’s voice, ensuring we fully understand their infrastructure, applications, data, and future aspirations. Your insights will influence Delt’s own technology roadmap and ensure our solutions deliver real impact. Whether designing innovative solutions or driving key changes, your contributions will help turn our customers’ visions into reality.
