Customer Solution Architect - CC1 Service

Custodia is a UK based company, founded in 2017, with wider presence in North America, Europe and Asia both directly and through strategic partnerships.

Our current key offering is the CC1 (Compliance Cloud One) service which records, stores and normalizes any type of communications data. This includes many common platforms such as phone email, SMS, phone calls, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and WeChat amongst many others. This allows companies to communicate in a compliant manner, whilst driving greater data‑driven insights from the data they already have to store.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience (Essential)

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing Solution Architect or Technical Consultant role
• Strong experience producing customer‑facing HLDs and LLDs
• Experience designing SaaS or managed service solutions
• Understanding of regulated or compliance‑driven environments
• Excellent customer communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to balance customer requirements with product and service constraints

Skills & Experience (Desirable)

• Experience with compliance, archiving, or regulated data platforms
• Exposure to financial services or regulated communications environments
• Experience supporting technical pre‑sales or complex customer onboarding
• Familiarity with structured service delivery or professional services models
• Strong customer‑first mindset
• Confident, credible, and consultative in customer engagements
• Structured and detail‑oriented in design documentation
• Comfortable managing multiple customer designs concurrently

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In:

• Computer Science

• Or a related technical field or relevant business experience

Expected Knowledge

• Cloud platforms (one or more of) AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• System architecture and design: APIs, microservices, integrations, Data flows, scalability, security
• Infrastructure concepts: Networking, authentication, IAM, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of: DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Databases (SQL and NoSQL)
