We’re looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join a friendly and collaborative team of administrators in Stoke-On-Trent.

You’ll handle customer communications through emails and letters, supporting the busy contact centre and ensuring fair resolutions for a wide range of customers. If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy problem-solving, and have excellent written skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Role

  • Handle all customer correspondence via email and letter, providing tailored responses to guide customers on their road to financial recovery
  • Support the contact centre with your excellent problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with your team, sharing best practices and learning from one another
  • Manage your own workload efficiently, meeting targets and maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Play an active role in resolving customer queries, ensuring clear communication and effective outcomes
