What will the role involve?
  • Supporting customer enquiries via online chat, telephone, and email.
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience consistently.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues satisfactorily.
  • Following up and documenting all client interactions using a CRM database.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and technical teams to provide user feedback.
  • Identifying opportunities for service delivery improvement.
  • Educating customers on usability and product updates.
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
