Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
2. Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.
4. Technical Leadership: Guide development teams to adhere to architectural best practices.
5. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and tools.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and provide mitigation solutions.
7. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of designs, processes, and solutions.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, data engineering, SDLC, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise integration.
• Expertise in designing enterprise applications, data management, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with mentoring experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Telecom and IT industry experience.
• Certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are desirable.
