We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to join Foresters in Bromley, Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing our claims team and providing administrative support to our customers, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms. You will support the Customer Services Manager in developing the team and ensuring excellent service delivery.
