As a Customer Services Specialist within Nutmeg, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers. Your role will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly. You will identify opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals and refer them to the relevant team within Nutmeg when needed. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, where your passion for financial services and excellent communication skills are highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Nutmeg customers, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to support their financial journey.
