The Role
The Customer Service Sales Administrator is responsible for:
- Managing customer liaison on orders and deliveries from placement through to invoicing
- Ensuring an excellent standard of service and outstanding customer focus
- Receiving and processing orders efficiently
- Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Handling sales calls and enquiries, both reactively and proactively
- Preparing quotations and orders within the company's business systems
- Pricing contracts in line with company policy
To fulfil the requirements of this exciting new role, you will be able to:
- Apply outstanding customer service day-to-day
- Process orders for all products from order to invoice
- Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner
- Respond to customer complaints where applicable
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers relating to changes in delivery times or product shortages
- Dealing with cash sales and payments relating to this
- Buy in of alternative materials in line with company policy
- Process requested admin duties for sales managers/ directors
- Provide cover for other team members when on breaks/ holidays etc.
- Communicate effectively with Transport teams and Sales and Operational Planning to ensure excellent customer service

- Ambitious and results driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)
- Previous customer experience (Desirable)
