Role overview

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a non-technical role focused on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting customer needs with empathy and efficiency.

What you will do
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both German and English
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution

Who you are
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Experienced in customer service or a similar client-facing role
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
