A Day in the Life
• Provide safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services in an efficient and timely manner, including direct-to-patient support as well as Medtronic personnel and Health Care Professionals.
• Resolve technical queries using troubleshooting tools, ensuring all details are recorded within our CRM database.
• Exceed customer expectations when handling and resolving inquiries, striving for first contact resolution, and offering world-class service.
• Responsibilities may include Therapy and Product Knowledge, Call Management, Troubleshooting & Quality Management, among others.

Must Haves
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Swedish and English
• Ability to remain calm and demonstrate resilience under pressure
• Computer literacy with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM system
• Ability to multi-task effectively, navigating between programs to access customer data and input text while providing real-time care instructions
• Basic to intermediate math skills to assist customers with vital statistics

Nice to Haves
• Diabetes therapy or clinical/care experience or knowledge
• Experience troubleshooting medical equipment/services in contact center/helpdesk
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
