Job Responsibilities
  • Reconcile GAYE employee donations against payroll reports received in accordance with HMRC Payroll Giving regulation.
  • Identify and address queries on payroll reports to ensure employee donations reach their chosen charities.
  • Promote the GAYE online product to existing GAYE employers, highlighting the efficiencies of this service.
  • Proactively contact GAYE employers who have not submitted payroll reports.

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Give As You Earn (GAYE) team within the Customer Operations division at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of the team supporting our GAYE customers with your customer service and administrative skills.

Our office is based in Kings Hill, Kent. You will initially be based full-time in the office for training, then primarily work from home with some office days.

This role is suitable if you have experience in Customer Service, data processing, and reconciliation, or possess relevant transferable skills and are eager to make a societal difference. We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience in receiving and reconciling high volumes of data.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have an inquisitive mindset with a focus on resolving complex queries.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Can manage their workload independently while maintaining strong teamwork to meet SLAs.
