Main Duties

Duties will involve:

  • Calls Support
  • Chat Support
  • Amazon Support
  • Fax Support
  • Maintaining RMA lists
  • Calls to courier companies if needed
  • Generating Labels (If needed)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a relevant position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK experience will be a plus).
  • Must have good internet and own laptop.
  • Backup light (no excuse on it).
  • Good communication and responsiveness; should respond instantly during working hours.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • You must be a team player to work with a team of 10.
