Job Title – Customer Services Representative

Job Location – Nottingham

An exciting opportunity has become available with one of our letting clients as their Support Centre Customer Service Representative. We are currently seeking Customer Services Representatives (x3 roles available) working the hours listed below. As well as providing legal administrative support, you will receive inbound calls from new and existing customers. You will identify the needs of the customers delivering an exceptional background of experience that their customers will expect.

You’ll excel in bookings with the potential landlords and tenants, working within the legal policies and criteria when dealing with general enquiries.

Roles Available
  1. Role One
    • Permanent, Full Time
    • 37.5 hours per week
    • £14,000 basic per annum
    • Achievable OTE of up to £16,000 based on performance
    • Between 0700 – 1900 (Flexible Working Hours)
  2. Role Two
    • Permanent, Full Time
    • 25 hours per week (flexible working)
    • £9,321 per annum
    • Currently 14:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday.
  3. Role Three
    • Permanent, Full Time
    • 20 hours per week (flexible working)
    • £7,456 per annum
    • Currently on 11:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Experience of working in a target driven setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks while building rapport with customers.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, liaising over the telephone, email, and face to face.
  • Comfortable with changes in legal policies and company criteria.
  • Educated to a minimum of Grade C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • PC literate, including all Microsoft Office packages.
