A leading global safety company in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure environments, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong customer-first attitude. Responsibilities include managing customer queries and maintaining databases. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service and familiarity with SAP preferred.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our bright and modern High Wycombe branch. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager the ideal candidate will have a friendly and positive phone manner, work well under pressure and will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
This role requires high level organizational skills, moving between multiple platforms, working with our customer data base and internal departments. You will be processed focused, being able to work independently and have "our customers come first attitude."
