Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Derriford, Plymouth. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity starting January 2026, ideal for candidates with a strong background in customer service and administrative support.

Key Duties
  • Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, webchat, social media, or in person.
  • Provide administrative support to management, employees, and occasionally clients or visitors.
  • Handle ad-hoc office duties including answering phones, organising files, drafting emails, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain databases and track important deadlines.
