We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Carmarthen to assist with the appointment of a Customer Services Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.
Rate of Pay: £13.69 - £17.73 per hour
The Customer Services Officer will act as an effective link between customers and Council departments, providing professional support across telephone, face-to-face, digital and social media channels. The role will promote online services while ensuring customers who require additional assistance receive accurate information and appropriate support.
