Vacancy – Customer Services Manager

Our well-established client based in Yate area are seeking a Customer Services Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entering of orders onto company systems, sending orders to suppliers, and helping guide orders through to completion to ensure service delivery KPI's are achieved.

Duties:
• Take responsibility for rapid responses and actioning of all emails being received into group customer service inbox.
• Running checks and reports on key client accounts to monitor status and SLA's closely, escalating any issues and resolving accordingly.
• Communicating changes to dates of delivery to customers
• Running daily reports and checks on orders due out each day.
• Escalations and complaint problem solving
• Answering incoming phone calls to customer service team
• Customer carrier booking enquiries.
• Be available to cover order entry and other operations team roles as cover.

The candidate:
• Office based customer service experience- ideally 3 years + preferred.
• Strong IT Skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Problem solving skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and work ethic.
• Reliable and diligent
• A good culture and team fit for the business with the attributes hungry, humble, and smart.
