Job Description:

We specialise in recruiting high-quality candidates in the Retail sector. An excellent opportunity exists for a Customer Services Manager / Office Manager to join a leading manufacturer and retailer.

Location: Epsom, with 1 to 2 days per week in the office and the rest home-based, with travel to retail sites across the UK.

Core Duties:
  • Support development of retail sites aligning with company brand and strategy
  • Assist with daily operations and workflow, including presentations and reports for retailers
  • Implement action plans using workflow processes from start to finish
  • Manage termination, transfer, or appointment of retail sites
  • Report on retail network development and status
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, retailers, and partners
  • Provide market and industry trend insights to stakeholders
  • Support retail concept development
  • Recommend process improvements between retailers
  • Understand retailer software systems
