Job Title: Customer Services Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Library Service as a Customer Services Manager. You will lead a team of library managers responsible for service delivery across 10 libraries in the borough.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing library services, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. You should be professional, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

You will need strong problem-solving skills and resource management capabilities. As a key member of the Library Service senior management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service delivery to residents. Your responsibilities will include staff development, recruitment, and ensuring HR policies are correctly interpreted and implemented.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building productive, professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
