The role: The Customer Service Executive is responsible for all aspects of customer service, including responding to email inquiries, checking customer accounts, monitoring direct debits, processing payments, and following up with customers and clients. The role also involves supporting sales, admin, and accounts teams with administrative tasks and managing excess workloads.

Duties and responsibilities:
  1. Direct communication with customers via phone and email
  2. Resolving complaints
  3. Liaising with multiple departments to understand current situations, processes, and required actions to ensure timely and appropriate outcomes for both clients and the business
  4. Preparing and checking invoices
  5. Chasing outstanding payments from customers
  6. Collaborating with accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth and accurate information flow to clients
  7. Providing quality and timely customer service at all times
  8. Performing sales administration as needed
