Location: Bedford

Hours: 9-5 Mon to Friday

Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a proactive Customer Services Executive to join our client's team in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries from members via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow our business retention process, including outbound calls and emails to members.
  • Process member requests on our administration platforms.
  • Support the Underwriting function by requesting reports, logging and allocating work items, chasing outstanding requirements, and providing telephone support.
  • Process BACS reports daily.
