Summary: Huda Beauty is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator responsible for managing the entire customer order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery, providing world-class service to internal and external partners. Our goal is to ensure customers receive near-perfect service that fosters long-term relationships, supporting brand growth and expansion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth flow of B2B order information into ERP Microsoft Dynamics system upon receipt, via manual entry, upload, or EDI
  • Serve as main contact for customers regarding order queries and amendments
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely shipment of orders
  • Request POs from customers for upcoming launches to ensure correct order processing and forecast allocation
  • Provide weekly stock reports to retailers and the commercial team with updated ETAs
  • Manage return orders for RTVs, ensuring closure based on quantities received at DCs
  • Investigate order shortages with warehouses
  • Provide commercial invoices for export orders
  • Communicate order status and phasing at month-end to the Operations Manager
