Account Co-ordinator- Be the Voice of Calm in a World of Chaos (Mostly Emails, Rare Drama)

Fast-Moving & Occasionally Bonkers Consumer Goods

What you'll actually be doing
  • Keeping your own portfolio of accounts ticking over nicely
  • Chatting with customers (the lovely ones and the slightly dramatic ones)
  • Making sure targets and KPIs are hit - no pressure, you will have help!
  • Working closely with planning, production, and operations - basically keeping all the plates spinning
  • Spotting problems before they become proper headaches
  • Visiting customers now and then (they will even let you out the office!)
  • Keeping your emails tidy and your spreadsheets even tidier
  • Covering your mates when they're off sunning themselves
Who we're looking for
  • You've got the gift of the gab - and you're great on email too
  • You're organised, even if your sock drawer isn't
  • You stay calm when things go wonky (because they will - it's FMCG!)
  • You actually like helping people (weird, but useful)
  • You've got an eye for detail and a head for juggling tasks
  • You can use Word, Excel, and Outlook without needing to shout at your screen
  • FMCG experience is a bonus, but if you're a fast learner with a good sense of humour, they will show you the ropes
