Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels with a 125-year history and over 50 plants globally. We are expanding with a new plant in Tortosa, Spain, investing over 500 million euros to increase our European operations and explore new markets. We are seeking a Back Office Clerk (BOC) for our Burgos plant, to be on-site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer management from initial contact
  • Handling calls and emails from clients and sales reps (around 200 emails daily)
  • Managing rejection orders and reviewing daily invoices
  • Processing customer orders and confirming delivery dates
  • Managing marketing materials, samples, and catalogs
  • Organizing client events and creating prospective client lists
  • Sending proforma invoices
  • Configuring transport logistics
  • Coordinating shipment once deposits are received and providing feedback to clients

Fluency in English is required.
