Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 1200 - 2200
Shifts: Thursday to Monday
Location: Daventry - NN6 7GW

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Clerk to play a vital role within our Customer Service Team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Chasing POD's
• Interacting with customers
• Resolving any queries/delivery issues
• Liaising with the Planning and Transport team

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
