Customer Services Assistant - Manchester

Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Manchester Station.

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours).
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 4:15am and 12am, including some weekends.

  • Applicants must be 18 years or over due to certain responsibilities within the role.
  • The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT, YOU'LL:

  • Operate platform trucks for train-side deliveries (full training provided).
  • Load and unload catering equipment and stock from TPE trains.
  • Assemble orders and control stock.
  • Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
