Job description

Customer Service & Administrator
This is a temporary contact for 4-5 months
Pay : £12.50-£12.70 per hour
Location
: Cosham

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor and Administrator to join the business at this busy and demanding time.
Our client provides a number of specialist service to customers and are growing considerably due to their success.

As a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator, you will work within a specialist department and assist customers who have issues with their Vehicles.

Key duties will also include

  • You will be speaking to customers on the phone and via email, as well as dealing with third parties in the same manner.
  • You will take accurate information whilst processing the details onto the system.
  • You will manage multiple emails/a busy inbox and be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • You will arrange work to be completed to vehicles
  • You will complete high volumes of administration, updating. spreadsheets, managing an electronic booking system and managing data
As a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator will have/be:
  • Previous experience of managing customers via email and on the telephone.
  • Will have the ability to multitask
  • Will be well organised
  • Will have the ability to take down information quickly and with accuracy
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Will have excellent attention to detail
  • Will have good administration skills
