An exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to become part of an ambitious and growing business. You will be joining an established and successful organisation and become a valued member of the customer services team as a Customer Services Advisor.

My client is a family-run business committed to providing customers with the highest quality of both products and service. The business has doubled its workforce and turnover in the past 5 years, with plans for further expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all calls into the business and when greeting visitors.
  • Franking post
  • Processing proforma payments for orders over the phone.
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department regarding customer accounts.
  • Liaising with the Warehouse on customer orders and deliveries.
  • Filing of customer orders and shipping information.
  • Responding to incoming emails and customer enquiries.
  • Following up on all enquiries regarding potential business.
  • Recording information on CRM.
  • Keeping in touch calls with in-house customer accounts.
  • Raising quotations/price lists for the sales team.
  • End of day procedures (invoicing, reporting).
  • Providing support to the Customer Service Manager.
