A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bristol. This role involves managing customer orders from entry to delivery, building strong relationships with teams and customers, and handling queries. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging, and be proficient in SAP and Salesforce.com. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between customers and operations. You'll take ownership of the full order journey - from entry to delivery - ensuring a smooth, professional, and proactive service every step of the way.

What you'll be doing:
Manage end-to-end customer orders using SAP & CRM systems
Build strong relationships with internal teams & customers
Handle queries, complaints, returns & credits
Monitor inventory, deliveries & service performance
Continuously look for smarter, better ways of working
What you'll need:
3+ years' experience in a similar CSR role (ideally manufacturing or packaging)
SAP and Salesforce.com experience (preferred)
Strong Excel and communication skills
Fluent English
